What is the best weight loosing pill to use?

I want to loose weight, but whatever I do I just cant. Even if i excuse, i cant loose the weight i want. is there any pills out there that works good for loosing weight? i want to try a pill that is safe and many people have tried it. but something that is not that expensive. please help me! thanks!

    No pill causes you to lose weight, sorry :( If you could buy a pill and lose weight, everyone would be thin.

    im no dr. this is for info purposes only:dont take these…do ur own research

    ephedrine/caffeine combo. usually taken 3 times a day. dosage usually between 10mg/50 to 25mg/100. read warnings though. generally safe if healthy. ephedrine can be bought at pharmacy no scrip(bronkaid). from experience this is very effective, but do ur own research on this combo.it has potential dangers.

    clenbuterol is a supercharged version of ephedrine and from what I hear is what the hollywood stars take to melt away the pounds. this cannott be purchased in a store, but can be bought online though I cant vouch for the legality of doing that if u know what ur doing. the same risks apply to this as the ephedrine as they are related

    prozac can sharply decrease appetite in many people.

    the OTC drug called 5 HTP that u can buy in stores can be a very effective appetite suppressant. it is sometimes called “natures prozac” and tends to crush appetite in the right dosage. and is generally safe for most

    drugs that increase dopamine decrease appetite. one that could work is wellbutrin. it is generally safe. can be bought online along with prozac w/no prior prescription, but u need to talk to ur dr first to be safe.

    adderall is very effective but highly addictive and possibly toxic and the only way to procure is with a scrip.

    theres probably others im not thinking of rite now.
