What supplements do you suggest for someone who is on the path to loosing weight?

    Need to lose weight?

    Just take a simple multi vitamin. Eat a healthy balanced diet. Stay away from the carbonated beverages. Just get some kind of exercise every day. It could be as simple as taking the stair more often to joining a gym. Just be active. There are no miracle cures. No great secret to it. I reccomend hiking. The uneven ground makes you use the muscles in your abdomen for balance. You legs get toned from the walking.
    I was a really heavy kid in high school. I lost 75 pounds by the time I was a junior. I hiked in the parks around my town. I also walked home from school whenever possible. It was 2 miles, and it worked out well if I was feeling sore from the gym.

    This gave me a lot of room for the occasional treat.

    Lose weight now – Stay slim forever

    The thing that works for me is to sleep will and work, work out work in the yard, just work and you will forget about eating all those small snacks in between meals get your body trained to doing the things it haven’t done in a good long time and may some extra money at the same time.

    That’s what works for me give it a try
