Weight loss diet for physically inactive guys?

What is the best weight loss diet for physically inactive guys? I am too busy, shy and lazy to go to gyms and I’d rather eat right or less to loose some weight. Do you know any good diets to loose the weight.

    Drink lots and lots of water, and eat primarily what food eats.

    Slim down – remove fat

    Just eat healthy in all food groups. Eat 3 meals a day. Have enough portion for each meal so you won’t get hungry between meals. That’s the key. You won’t have to completely cut down on snacks either. Just don’t stuff yourself with those stuffs. Walking helps big time. If you do this right, you will start seeing some result after 3 months because that’s how long it would take to speed up your metabolism. During the first 3 months, you will gain a bit of weight since you will gain muscle weight by walking and possibly other cardio you might do.
