well I never really do cardio, I do a lot of pushups, pullups, situps and recently weight curls

dont bother counting calories thats stupid… eat 5 small meals a day eat until you stop being hungry not full atleast 30 minutes of cardio a day and really work during those thirty mins

you don’t have to worry about a thing about your weight. just try doing some common sit-ups, which does still help, even i do them, all the time, for tennis. push ups even help–don’t believe in what people say all the time about push ups and sit-ups not helping–those are mostly just advertisements that just want you to buy their products. running or jump roping–even jumping jacks [daily] can always help you stay fit. keep happy, and organized everyday with what you do, and what you need, and want. :]
