Does eating 2000 calories a day include what you drink?

Cool Beans asked:

If you’re eating say 1000 calories a day, but consuming 1000 calories from what you drink (milk, tea, coffee…), is that a normal diet? Or is 2000 strictly for food?
Lol. No, not juice and soda. Tea and milk. Lots more tea then milk.

Yes, it includes what you drink, but 1000 eaten and 1000 drank is VERY unhealthy. Generally you want to minimize calories from liquid, especially since water is the healthiest beverage.
