What would be the best calorie intake for me?

I’m 18, 5′7″, and 122 pounds. I exercise almost every day though not very rigorously. I want to lose a few pounds. What would be the ideal calorie intake?

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    Why do u want to lose weight for? That sounds healthy to me but maybe you have an image distortion? I’m 19, 5′6 and about 125 pounds and sometimes I think I’m fat, although I know I’m not. Its just I’m insecure and that’s an easy thing to focus on, but I’m working on it. Maybe stop worrying about weight and focus on how you feel and how clothes fit you. The best thing I ever did was take up strength training as it tightened up the areas I thought were ‘flabby.’ But to answer u question, I would say aim for healthy and realistic 1500-1800.
