What are some good exercises for loosing weight?

I am wanting to start loosing some weight. I would like some good exercises for going into the fall and cooler weather. I am mostly heavy in the stomach and the thighs. Can anyone help?

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    The best tip I can give you is to exercise for at least 30 to 40 minutes at each exercise session. Your body does not start to burn stored fat until the 25th minute of exercise. Walking at a steady pace did wonders for my legs and butt. I walked daily, building up to an hour walk every day. Make sure you stretch out before and after walking.

    Try joining a spin class at the gym……….being in the class keeps you more motivated and the hour goes by fast. You will notice a difference right away………..this is how I lost weight.
