Running! It’s the best you can do. And it may be hard at first, but hey, you just might fall in love with the sport as well.

The best tip I can give you is to exercise for at least 30 to 40 minutes at each exercise session. Your body does not start to burn stored fat until the 25th minute of exercise. Walking at a steady pace did wonders for my legs and butt. I walked daily, building up to an hour walk every day. Make sure you stretch out before and after walking.
