You’re an adult, just eat the damn carrots. J/K
Try eating different veggies- there must be something you like. Explore as much as you like- try exotic veggies, try making veggies in different ways .Try steaming them and then add soy sauce- great for broccoli, carrots, cauliflower. Or try them raw with fat-free Greek tzatziki yogurt sauce and you might end up liking them.
A friend tried the hoodia diet, and it didn’t do anything spectacular for him.

Losing weight is all about using more calories than you take in. A calorie is a calorie, regardless of it comes from veggies or chicken or butter. So whatever you are eating now, just eat less! Alternatively, if you continue to eat as you are now and just exercise to burn the calories, that would work too!

Caffeine pills and all those others are very dangerous and can even cause permanent damage to your body…try not to use them.

Just remember, the pounds weren’t gained in one day, so it’ll take more than a day to lose them too!

    Good luck!
