Need to lose weight?
I´d say you slow down. Of course there are ways to loose a lot of weight in a short time. But they´re often bad for your health. It took you a while to put on the weight, it will take some time to loose it. Want the good news? You are a man and guys loose weight faster. With a proper diet and exercise you´ll loose weight for sure. Maybe not all that weight by March, but who knows every body is different.

I think you should look at MAR or later for realistic goals.

I have tried Proactol diet pills. I lost 12 pounds in the first month. Some people experience side effects but I did not.
