it&#039;s great you are taking the first steps to losing weight! now incorporate eating healthy and adding exercise! try taking up yoga or pilates to build core strength. then you can move on to other sports like maybe long distance running biking something to keep you occupied and get you outside. 

your weight x 10 = the amount of calories you need a day to maintain your weight so try and take in less calories to lose weight.
