try 4 ounces of meat a meal. not like 5-6 many people have, veggies obviously. And try whole wheat pasta, i have it and tastes surprisingly good! Once a week, try doing the jogging machines, and sit ups and stuff. It Works! Good Luck.

it’s great you are taking the first steps to losing weight! now incorporate eating healthy and adding exercise! try taking up yoga or pilates to build core strength. then you can move on to other sports like maybe long distance running biking something to keep you occupied and get you outside.
your weight x 10 = the amount of calories you need a day to maintain your weight so try and take in less calories to lose weight.

Yes, if you start now and commit to it. But you should also try exercising…if you’re in college, your college will probably have a gym with exercise machines. See if you can use them. Even if you can’t, there should be places to walk or run on campus. Try this website for simple cardio exercises:
