What is the average calorie intake per day?

fanecafan asked:

How many calories should I be eating if I want to lose weight? What is the norm for calorie intake if you’re not on a diet?

    Want to lose weight?

depends on your age, height/weight and gender!

    Want to lose weight?

The normal recommended amount is 2,000 calories.

It depends how drastic you wanted your diet to be.

I would say do about 1,200.

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

The average would be around 2000 calories a day. However it is dependant on you age, weight, height and gender. does just that and tells you how many calories you need to eat to lose weight, just take their diet profile. I started it last week and makes great sense to me n have already lost 2lbs.
