How does one keep tabs on their calorie intake when many foods which you prepare do not contain nutrition info?

Krioni asked:

    Losing weight without starving yourself

There are plenty of websites where you can enter what you eat (like produce, etc.) and it will tell you all the nutritional information.
This seems to be a good one:
Check it out; if you don’t like it there are plenty more. you can always just google nutrition facts and the food you are eating.
