What is the difference between a high-fat diet and a low-fat diet?

is the high fat diet truly the worst diet out there?? what kind of diet do you have??did it work??

    in general less is best – but it depends on the type of fat ( if you want diet recommendations for your health go to the American Heart Association site )

    usually a high-fat diet is very low on carbs.

    the low-fat diet will have lots of (complex) carbs but not much fat.

    i favor the low-fat diet for health reasons.

    i use a low-fat diet to lose weight.
