Weight Loss suggestions for a HS senior?

Ok, I am 18, and I am a senior in High School, getting ready to go off to college this fall. I am sick of being Fat. I weigh a little under 400 pounds. Here is the rub, I am not inactive. I am in marching band, and I walk at least a mile every night, yet I seem to keep gaining weight. I do eat a bit, and I know some of my habits need to change (i am going to start skipping the crap the school feeds us and go straight for the veggies and fruits), and I am going to stop drinking soda completely.

Do any of you have suggestions, not related to any drugs, etc. I would like to loose maybe 100 pounds in the next 2 months (yep, 50 pounds a month), and at this point I am open to anything to do it.

Suggestions please.

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    Go on an all fruits and veggies diet for two weeks. Detox your body, so afterwards you’ll be able to handle real foods with a good attitude and just make better and healthier decisions.

    When you done with that just eat a lot of lean protein:
    chicken
    fish
    turkey
    low fat beans, like black ones
    and whey protein powder

    Along with a bunch of fruits and vegetables diet, and only eat complex carbs, whole wheat breads and cereals, none of white bread or sugary cereals. And just cut down carbs overall.

    Some good healthy snacks are:
    non fat yogurt
    skim milk
    turkey slices wrapped around pickle spears
    rice cake snacks
    fruit
    and special K cereal

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    Uh well try doing sit ups and push ups. Eat healthier things and don’t drink soda!!! That stuff is so not good for you.

    Lose weight now – Stay slim forever

    you just need to cut some calories and reduce the intake of saturated fat and change to unsaturated fat like in olive oil and if you know the amount of calories in every piece of food you eat you will make sure to stop eating it so i will give you two links go visit them and put them in your favorite book so you can come back whenever you want to know about vitamin in vegetables and fruits and calories in food as whole best of luck and i hope you reach your weight target real soon

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    well i agree that you should cut out as much junk food as possible. when you’re about to eat something. try to stop yourself to ask “what is this going to do for my body? Am I going to make my goal in two months? Is this really helping me reach my goal?” if the answer is no. then step away. yes i know the first few times will be hard. but once you get used to having the will to not eat it. You will feel 100 times better. Try to do some sit ups, or push ups. maybe only a few at first. but push yourself to do as much as you’re capable of. One thing to remember is, DON’T EAT LESS! okay, yes, you want to eat less of the junk food. but a lot of good food is GOOD for you! Try to eat till you’re satisfied, not stuffed full. I would recommend to eat a lot of celery and drink green tea. these two things will make your metabolism much faster. hope I helped :)
