What is the best candy I could eat on my diet?

I’m trying to watch my weight but sometimes I get cravings for candy. I stay away from the chocolate candy but I like fruit candy like Welches Fruit Snacks. Are Welches Fruit Snacks O.K to eat while I’m on my diet and is there any other candies I could eat?
I know how to lose weight. I’ve already lost 70 pounds. I just want to know what kind of candy I could eat.

    candy is terrible for you.
    ever wonder why you’re fat? because you eat candy. because you listen to people who tell you that you can enjoy candy in moderation, yet nobody tells you what moderation is.

    candy is unnatural posion.
    diets are stupid anyways. they help you lose weight, but at what price? your health.

    Anything fat free. Yeah sugar turns to fat if it sits round long enough, but you sound like you are doing great.

    So anyway my favorite is like Boston beans, but thats full of fat because of the peanuts.

    Gummies are good, Fruit snacks.

    Congratulations on your weight loss, I find candy is a great thing to suck on to give my mouth something to do while I am losing weight.

    You shouldn’t be eating foods with a million ingredients in them if you are trying to get healthy. The best way to lose is with the simplest ingredients. If you’ve been on a diet for a long time, and you haven’t been eating sweets, then apples and other fruits will be just fine for your cravings.

    Eating sugar creates sugar cravings. Stop eating it, and the cravings will stop.

    Try dried fruit instead. It is complex carbohydrates, so it will give you long lasting energy, and no sweet tooth.

    Also, to get rid of the toxins from the paragraphs of ingredients you’ve been eating, you might want to try a colon cleanse. I’m doing this one soon. I’m a little scared, but I know it’s good for me. I’m quitting smoking right now, and I’ll be on the cleanse next week. Here’s a site with a link:

    there are a lot of sugar free options. most of the calories come from the sugar so it should be fairly good for your diet.

    though, i do tend to stay away from sugar free version because i like sugar too much ^_^
