What is a good diet to lose body fat for mma fighters?

I can give you some tips to weight loss.
1: drink water only.
2: eat more salad.
3: don’t eat between meals or any snacks.
4: exercise more.
5: chew food for longer.
6: You can eat less bread.

Im using a diet for the past 2 weeks.. i weighed roughly 80kg and im down now to 76kg.. not a big improvement but its still weight loss and i dont feel any different (cardio, strength)
so here goes :
first thing in the morning. before breakfast etc. 30 minute lite jog. i jog 3 mile roughly with 1 sprint of about 100m to my door lol
Breakfast: 3 Boiled Eggs (just white)
Mid-Morning: (pre lunch) Fruit Smoothie
Lunch: Meat/Chicken with salad/veg OR (personal favourite) pasta w/tuna
Mid-Evening: Fruit Smoothie
Dinner: Meat/Chicken with salad/veg
snacks: fruit or veg. some salad if im kinda hungry
!
** Only drink water or diluted water**
with your mma classes as regular excercise and morning jogs. weight will drop
