im planning on loosing weight,are there any tips or anything that i can do to loose weight quickly?

oh and are there any excersices that help the thighs get smaller?

    Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from sugar and starches, or at least cut down. Drink 8 glasses of water throughout the tea. Drink green tea it is supposed to increase your metabolism. Excercise at least 30 minutes a day(walking/yoga). Count your calories. Go to the following site to help lose weight by counting calories:

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    You can’t lose weight really fast, it takes time.
    No no’s;
    No pop, no desserts, (only on special occasions).
    Only drink water. Water is your BEST FRIEND at this point. Water helps a lot.
    Have you ever watched fit tv? If not, watch it. (If you don’t have cable.) Just go to the menu button on your remote, go to search, and type in fit, it should show you. If you have Directv i think it’s on channel 261.

    How to Lose Weight

    dont eat white bread, pasta, and never sleep on carbs.
    and just walk for an hour or 2 each day. like 45 minutes after u have dinner so u burn it. and when u come home u could run up and down ur stairs.
    the best workout for thighs is doing lunges with 5lb dumbells in each hand. (:
    if u do lunges u might get sore so just stretch ur muscles before u go to bed so they dont hurt in the morning :)

    Need to lose weight?

    do not go on diets! adapt a healthy lifestyle (sorry that is cliche). Start cutting foods out of your diet for good (eg. pop, fastfood, deep fried food). Make a list. I find if you cut stuff out for good it makes it easier to stick to it, because it is not temporary. Just make sure you can live without it forever. If you don’t like meat much you can adopt a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, as they usually reduce eating and forces you into healthier options.

    squats are great for thighs and jogging is always good at slimming down legs in general.

    Want to lose weight?

    First of all how much do you weigh? if you are under 115 or even 120 your fine! for a teen thats perfectly fine. Also thighs are muscle so there is nno way to make them smaller. But if you aren’t under 115 or 120 pounds i say the best work out is to eat right and get outside and get that vitamin D from the sun. That is a lot better than weight loss programs and stiroids.
    and the worst thing you could do is stop eating!! I wish you the best of luck ;]
