Chicken wings have more fat than any other part of the chicken. Baking them is better but I would limit how many I ate if you are dieting.

Sorry I don’t know about buffalo wings, but chicken wings are always prepared with the skin…fried or baked, the fat from the skin is still there. (Evidently the fried are the worst for a diet
You’d be better off having chicken breasts, they are skinless.
If you bake them “en papillote” (which means wrapped in foil) with a little lemon juice, or a slice of tomato and another of onion, they will be tasty and have no added fat!

    Slim down – remove fat

It’s true, wings are the fattiest part of the chicken, but if you love them, try baked boneless “wings” as they are just strips of white meat, and way better for you, especially if they’re not fried. Buffalo wings are just wings, butter and hot sauce, not good for you at all.

Chicken wings, no matter how prepared, are loaded with fat. The fatty skin to meat ratio is very high. bufalo wings are, of course, not wings at all, but another part of the bird.

The trick to incorporating chicken into a low fat diet is in removing the skin before cooking. With wings, there would be nothing left, so there is no point. But it works well with the rest of the chicken.

You can replace the flavor lost from the chicken skin, but the flavors won’t be the same. Just different.

The advantage of chicken in a low fat diet is best realized when used instead of fattier meats, so instead of a beef or pork or lamb stew, chicken would be better. Instead of lamb chops over rice, you would make a dish with chicken on a bed of rice.

But this only works if you remove the skin!

    Want to lose weight?

I think the question has been well answered. Wings are indeed ‘fatty’, so no matter how you make them, they will have more calories than any other part of the chicken.
Buffalo wings are just deep fried wings in a batter with hot sauce and served (typically) with blue cheese dressing. Baking anything is better than frying. Sometimes, though, you just gotta eat what you want to eat, and get back on track the next meal!

If you have to use wings just use the drummette side and discard the otherside or serve it to others.

    2 Beaten egg whites
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 cups cornflakes, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 cup honey
4 teaspoons prepared mustard or Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1. Rinse chicken, pat dry with paper towels. In a small mixing bowl combine the egg whites and the 1 tablespoon honey.
In a shallow bowl combine the cornflake crumbs and pepper.
Dip the chicken strips into the egg white mixture.
Roll in the crumb mixture to coat. Place in a single layer on a ungreased baking sheet.
Bake chicken in a 450ยบ oven for 11 to 13 minutes, or until no longer pink.
    2. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small bowl stir together the 1/4 cup honey, mustard, and garlic powder.
    Serve with chicken.
