When you lose the weight, the boobs will go too. And they will sag so much after the weight is gone too. My sister went from a 40E to a 34B, and her boobs were saggier than mine after breastfeeding 3 kids.

Have a look at female relatives that aren’t overweight to get a general idea of how large your breasts might be without the extra weight. But be warned, those genes might only run on one side of the family. My sisters and I all got the large breasts of our mom’s side, but all of the girls on my dad’s side of the family have small chests.
