How many calories does an average OVERWEIGHT/OBESE person eat in a day?

Mirell asked:

And if you are overweight/obese, then what do you normally eat in a day? Like for morning, lunch, dinner? Thank you.

    Need to lose weight?

I am not overweight and I am pretty skinny though. I don’t know. An average overweight would eat junk food. But he/she wants to lose weight, they will eat healthier stuff.

    Need to lose weight?

I cant tell if this is curiosity or if you want to loose weight because you are overweight or what.
An average overweight person could eat alot of junk, or they could just eat more then they should, or they could eat healthy and have health issues that cause obesity. If you are naturally skinny its hard to understand that to some people just arent built thin. Our society is very hard on them and one of the ways most people deal with stress is munching. Not all fat people eat mcdonalds super size every day. And most of them know they are fat and hate it.
In order for most women to loose weight they have to eat 1000 or less calories a day, and to maintain it 1200-1500.
That can be very difficult to do in todays busy life, as most prepared foods are very high in calories and even most quick dinners. Just glance at the packaging as you get your food today and count out how much you eat.
It all depends on genetics and lifestyle.
A REALISTIC guess is more around 2000-3000 calories. Which is really easy to do if you dont watch everything you eat every day.
